Throughout these Terms:
- “AGA Hospitality”, “we”, “our” and “us” refer to AGA Hospitality.

2. Website Use
You agree to use this website responsibly and only for lawful purposes.
You may not:
- use the website for unlawful activities;
- interfere with the operation or security of the website;
- upload malicious software or viruses;
- attempt unauthorised access to our systems;
- copy, reproduce or distribute website content without written permission; or
- use the website in any way that may harm AGA Hospitality or other users.
We reserve the right to suspend or restrict access where misuse is suspected.
3. Products
We make every reasonable effort to ensure that product descriptions, images, specifications and pricing are accurate.
However:
- colours may differ slightly depending on your screen or device;
- packaging may vary from time to time;
- product specifications may change without notice;
- images are for illustrative purposes and may not always represent the exact product supplied.
AGA Hospitality reserves the right to discontinue or modify products without prior notice.
4. Pricing
Unless otherwise stated:
- all prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR);
- VAT will be charged where applicable;
- delivery charges are calculated separately during checkout;
- promotional pricing is available only for the advertised period.
Although every effort is made to ensure pricing accuracy, AGA Hospitality reserves the right to correct genuine pricing errors before processing an order.
5. Orders
Placing an order does not constitute acceptance by AGA Hospitality.
Orders are accepted only once confirmation has been issued and payment (where applicable) has been successfully received.
We reserve the right to:
- refuse or cancel orders;
- limit purchase quantities;
- request additional verification;
- cancel orders where stock is unavailable; or
- substitute products only with your approval where appropriate.
Should an order be cancelled after payment has been received, any approved refund will be processed promptly.
6. Payment
Payments are processed securely through authorised third-party payment providers.
AGA Hospitality does not store your banking or payment card details.
Orders requiring payment in advance will only be processed once payment has cleared unless approved credit facilities exist.
7. Delivery
Delivery timeframes are estimates only.
While every reasonable effort is made to deliver within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control.
Risk in the goods passes to the customer upon delivery.
Customers should inspect all deliveries immediately and report any shortages, damage or incorrect items as soon as reasonably possible.
8. Returns & Refund Policy
8.1 Eligible Returns
You may request a return where:
- the incorrect product was supplied;
- the product is damaged upon delivery;
- the product is defective or faulty;
- the order is incomplete; or
- the return is permitted under the Consumer Protection Act, 68 of 2008.
Where possible, returned products should:
- be accompanied by proof of purchase;
- be returned in their original packaging;
- include all accessories and components; and
- be unused unless the defect could only reasonably be identified after use.
8.2 Damaged, Incorrect or Defective Goods
Please notify AGA Hospitality as soon as reasonably possible after receiving damaged, defective or incorrect goods.
Depending on the circumstances, we may:
- repair the product;
- replace the product;
- exchange the product; or
- issue a refund.
Photographs or additional information may be requested to assist with assessing your claim.
8.3 Change of Mind
Because many of our products are purchased specifically for commercial hospitality operations, returns due to a change of mind are generally not accepted.
However, at our sole discretion, we may approve a return where:
- the request is made within 14 days of delivery;
- the product has not been used;
- the original packaging is intact;
- the item forms part of our standard product range; and
- the product remains in a resaleable condition.
Approved discretionary returns may be subject to a reasonable handling or restocking fee.
Delivery charges are generally non-refundable unless required by law.
8.4 Products That Cannot Be Returned
Unless required by law, returns are generally not accepted for:
- customised or personalised products;
- specially manufactured or imported products;
- clearance or discontinued items marked as non-returnable;
- products damaged after delivery;
- products showing signs of use or misuse;
- products returned without proof of purchase.
8.5 Refunds
Once returned goods have been inspected and approved, refunds will be processed using the original payment method where possible.
Refund processing times depend on your payment provider or financial institution.
8.6 Return Shipping
Where the return is due to an error by AGA Hospitality, or because the goods are defective or damaged upon delivery, we will arrange collection or reimburse reasonable return shipping costs where appropriate.
For approved discretionary returns, return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer.
8.7 Consumer Rights
Nothing contained in these Terms limits or excludes any rights afforded to consumers under the Consumer Protection Act or any other applicable South African legislation.
9. Product Availability
All products remain subject to availability.
If stock becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, AGA Hospitality may:
- offer a suitable alternative;
- delay delivery until stock becomes available; or
- issue a refund.

All website content, including text, graphics, branding, logos, photographs, downloadable material and website design, remains the intellectual property of AGA Hospitality unless otherwise stated.
